a.) Overview of the data we collect
We collect data of various kinds on our Internet pages. On the one hand, this data is collected when you provide it to us. This may be personal data, i.e. data that you enter voluntarily, for example when you order something in our online store, subscribe to a newsletter or contact us, share a cooking recipe with us, participate in sweepstakes, enter a contest or use similar services. On the other hand, we collect information and general data about the use of our online offer via cookies used on our website, which are automatically transmitted to us, or to third parties, when you use our website.
b.) Collection of personal data
In principle, the use of our Internet pages is regularly possible without providing personal data. In the case of merely informative use of our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (see so-called “server log files”). This is mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. However, only in a few cases, listed individually below, is the voluntary provision of personal data necessary, as we cannot otherwise provide you with our online services.
c.) Automatically collected data
Teil II. a.) Log files
When you access our website, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The aforementioned data is processed by us for administrative purposes as well as to ensure a smooth connection setup and a comfortable use of our website for you as well as to ensure that our system operates in a secure and stable manner. The data processing is based on our existing legitimate interest in data processing for the aforementioned purposes and thus on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
